In March 2004 chef Marc Murphy opened the restaurant Landmarc in TriBeCa, an instant and enduring success. That success was reflected in the opening earlier this year of Ditch Plains, in Greenwich Village, which is also owned and operated by Murphy and his wife, Pamela Schein Murphy.
